Return Policy
As a small, family-owned business, we truly believe that all of our products will meet your expectations. In the event of a product defect, we want to know about it so that we can deliver you the quality products that you expect.
If a damaged product arrives, simply send us a picture of the defect within 21 days of receiving it, and we will work on sending a new one your way as quickly as we can!
Because of the made-to-order, personalized nature of our products, we have no way to hold inventory for our store. When a customer makes an order with us, we send that order directly to our workshop partners. This enables us to keep our prices low, and our quality high! For these reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges outside of product damages or defects.
